Playground is operated by Exodia Technologies, Inc.. This notice explains the profile information used to connect businesses and robotics teams.

Information you provide

We collect your account email, name, organization, contact details, general location, website, and the site or robot information you choose to submit, including optional site photos. Do not include confidential plans, credentials, exact site addresses, or information about other people without their permission.

How profiles are used

Exodia uses this information to review potential matches, manage your account, and contact you about introductions. Profiles are not publicly listed. With the permission provided when submitting your profile, Exodia may share relevant details with shortlisted counterparties for an introduction.

Site photos

Site photos are private to the business host and Exodia’s matching team. They are not shown to robotics companies. We process uploads into resized photos and remove embedded location and camera metadata. Avoid including people, customer labels, screens, or confidential information. You can remove your photos from the Site photos page.

Your control

You can edit your profile or pause matching from your account. To request profile deletion, withdraw sharing permission, or ask about your information, contact info@exodia.co. Pausing does not recall information already shared with a counterparty.

Deployment data is separate

Creating a profile does not grant permission to enter your premises, operate robots, or record your business. Data collection, permitted uses, access, retention, safety responsibilities, and commercial terms must be agreed separately before a deployment.
